The report said Hyundai Tucson had a theft frequency of 0.43%, followed by Mitsubishi Outlander (0.17%) and Kia Sorento (0.14%) on the list of most stolen cars. Behind them are the Hyundai Creta, Honda CR-V, Renault Sandero and Kia Ceed. A little less criminal was interested in Kia Rio, Toyota Camry and Renault Duster.
The popularity of Hyundai and Kia brands among car thieves is explained by their high share in the Russian car fleet and the demand for spare parts and parsing on the black market.
