Cars raced across the ice of Ussuri Bay near Vladivostok, nearly knocking over the fishermen’s tents. And finally they clashed. Eyewitnesses reported that the riders were clearly intoxicated. A man can be seen running away from the car and flames make their way through the clouds of smoke.
The video was posted on social media. “Do traffic rules apply on ice?” asked the sailors.
The Primorye Police has joined the case and is verifying the fact of the video posted on the social network.
“According to preliminary information, a car caught fire as a result of a vehicle collision. The identities of the participants in the incident and the circumstances of the incident are currently being determined. Based on the results of the check, a decision will be made in accordance with Russian law,” the ministry said in a statement.
The police reminded the residents of Primorye that the law of the Primorye Territory “On Administrative Violations” provides for administrative liability for violating the rules for the protection of people’s lives in water bodies. Departure on the ice of vehicles carries a warning or a fine from one to three thousand rubles.
