The incident took place on one of the central streets of Tula.
The footage from the video camera shows how a man with a briefcase blocked the entrance to an empty space where the driver of the car tried to park. Finally, the car managed to pull into the parking lot, and when the woman got out from behind the wheel, the man came up to her and ripped off her hat.
In response, the woman hit him, and he attacked her and started banging his head against the car. There was a child in the car.
A passerby who managed to extinguish the conflict intervened in the situation. The victim went to the hospital, where she is being examined in the neurosurgery department.
On the fact of beatings, the local police opened an administrative case.
