In the village of Krivyanskaya, Rostov region, a local resident, Vasily Pikin, decided to spend part of his pension on buying new tires for a local ambulance.
Vasily says that he could not stand aside when he saw the terrible condition of the medical GAZelle and talked to the employees of the district hospital.
He bought two new tires for the GAZelle.
“If I had enough, I would buy six tyres. But I only took two. This is my humble assistance to the doctors of the village. I took the tires to the garage, the ambulance driver immediately went to the tire shop and put new tires on the front wheels,” says Pikin.
A poor pensioner turned to the residents of Krivyanskaya through social networks with a request to help reimburse the expenses incurred, not exactly expecting a response. But in just a few hours the entire amount was collected.
- It was calculated how much they save for a car in different regions of Russia.
