In addition, the researchers established a reliability score for each body type:
- 58 points – fromedans, hatchbacks and coupes (most reliable)
- 51 points – SUVs
- 44 points – minivans
- 39 points – pick ups
A total of 300 thousand American car owners were interviewed, who travel the states in cars produced in 2000-2022.
