In September, the government of Belarus extended until February the ban on the export from the republic of a number of goods produced outside Belarus or Russia, that is, of foreign origin.
The list contains more than 250 vacancies.
Customs does not approve
- Passenger cars and other motor vehicles for passenger transport, as well as freight and passenger cars, are not subject to export.
Exception: equipment made in Belarus itself (for example, Geely) and in Russia (Ladas and cars of other brands once produced in Russian factories) – re-export without problems.
- Customs do not allow individual chassis and bodies and many spare parts: engines, transmission parts and assemblies, generators, batteries, electronic components, etc., with the same conditions of their origin.
Restrictions also affected home and office equipment, tools, and much more.
This applies to new technology as well as used equipment.
What must we do?
The possibility of individual export still exists nominally – for this you need to issue a license in the regional executive committee or the Minsk city administration.
- Violated in Belarus? Get fined in Russia! And vice versa: countries have set up an automatic exchange of information about violations and fines.
- “Behind the wheel” can be read in Odnoklassniki.
