According to the press release, FAW Bestune is introducing two technologically advanced vehicles in Russia. The company confirmed that official sales for both models are slated to begin in mid-April, marking a clear expansion of FAW’s footprint in the region. The FAW Bestune B70 is classified as a D-class sedan. It offers customers a choice between two petrol engines: a 1.5-liter unit delivering 168 horsepower and a 2.0-liter engine producing 223 horsepower. Both powertrains are paired with a traditional hydromechanical automatic transmission, aiming to balance performance with everyday usability for Russian road conditions.
The FAW Bestune T55, on the other hand, is a front-wheel-drive crossover powered by a turbocharged 1.5-liter engine rated at 124 horsepower. This model emphasizes efficiency and urban-friendly versatility, catering to buyers who want higher ride height and greater practicality without sacrificing driving dynamics.
