Iranian Car Makers Move Toward Russia Certification and Belarus Export Deals

In another development, Ghalibaf stated that Saipa has signed a contract with a Belarusian company to export 45,000 Shahin and Quick models, and these same vehicles are expected to be delivered to Russia as well.

Earlier reports noted that the State Duma has proposed creating an industry for the mass recovery of used auto parts, indicating broader policy interest in automotive sector its future direction.
