In parallel, a respondent for a Russian automotive outlet confirmed that dealer sales have commenced, signaling the models’ readiness for buyers across the market.
The Tiggo 7 Pro in its rechargeable hybrid configuration is priced at 4 million rubles in Russia. Meanwhile, the Tiggo 8 Pro Plug-in Hybrid, which features a rechargeable hybrid powertrain, will be offered at 5.2 million rubles. Both models will be available in a single, streamlined configuration, simplifying the buying decision for customers who want a modern, efficient crossover without multiple trim options.
Compared to the earlier Tiggo 8 Pro e+ version, the updated model brings notable refinements in software, exterior design, and equipment. The hybrid powertrain combines a 1.5-liter turbocharged gasoline engine delivering 147 horsepower with two electric motors. The combined output reaches 235 horsepower, positioning the Tiggo 8 Pro Plug-in Hybrid as a strong performer in its segment. Acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h is achieved in 7 seconds, while top speed peaks at 180 km/h, signaling a blend of respectable performance and efficiency for everyday driving and longer highway trips alike.
