A rally in support of AVTOVAZ has started in Togliatti and the main goal is to attract new employees to the company. As part of the course from September 29 to November 8 in Tolyatti, Zhigulevsk, Oktyabrsk, Syzran, Chapaevsk, Novokuibyshevsk, Samara, Otradny, Kinel and Pokhvistnevo, awareness campaigns will be held with the participation of AVTOVAZ personnel officers.
For example, the factory will recruit locksmiths, painters, hair straighteners, test drivers, inspectors, order pickers and other specialists. The average salary is promised from 51,300 rubles. Payments for employment are also announced: 12,000 rubles – a starting bonus; 10,000 rubles – after a week of work; up to 10,000 rubles – for renting out housing to non-residents.
The factory now reportedly employs more than 32,000 people and due to the increase in production, the factory is set to take on another 4,000 employees.
According to some reports, about 600 AvtoVAZ employees have been mobilized in recent days, Avtograd News writes without specifying a source. Judging by the number of messages in the factory audience, the figure may turn out to be very close to reality. “Komsomolskaya Pravda” reports that the delivery of subpoenas may continue in the Samara region.
