What did you like?
Our family “short” Citroën SpaceTourer (2.0.150 hp, M6, from 2018) is in its fifth year.
They dodged to take credit for one of the last French-made cars – they could combine options.
Prams, bicycles, cribs, swings – with three children they carried everything, and almost always there were places in the third row.
The passage from the front seats to the saloon is very convenient – although some owners have put a Honda CR-V folding table in it.
What did you have to “wake up”?
With people’s experience, I also made some improvements: I protected the intercooler in the front right wheel arch from dirt, installed front fenders, sound signals in a more noble tone, a washer for the rear view camera and a Webasto remote control for the heating.
To be able to change the oil without a pit, I cut out a window in the standard protection. And the air inlet of the heating fan was closed with a mesh – leaves fell into it and vibrations started.
We have a version with “mechanics”, and the husband drives more often – therefore the average fuel consumption at checks for all years was only 7.47 l / 100 km.
Are there any drawbacks?
Perhaps: for 50 thousand km, with my height of 187 cm, I have never sat in the driver’s seat – my shoulders hang. But my wife with her 167 cm is comfortable.
- In the rain the “snot” gets furious in front of my eyes due to the fact that the right wiper doesn’t move to the left enough.
- Cheap 25 watt xenon doesn’t shine that hot.
- Door seals at the joints will wipe off the paint.
Trustworthy?
There was no need to use the warranty and after that there were no failures.
Even the brake pads are still original and Michelin truck tires with the C index look like new.
