“Now foresters are actively working on the roads, catching inattentive drivers for typical violations and recording cases on video recorders to receive insurance benefits later. Usually they use cars with exclusive parts that are above average or cannot be repaired, but that need to be completely replaced,” says Alexander Kholodov.
For example, invaders can drive through a roundabout in the right lane and wait for those who switch lanes from the left to expose the wing.
“The police have not yet learned to deal with these cases as formally there is an accident, there is damage and that is recorded on the VCR. In addition, such assailants are ready to go to court to prove the guilt of another driver who deviated a bit from the rules and thereby hit their car,” adds the expert.
