Contrary to rumors, the number of jobs in the factory will not only not be reduced, but the recruitment of new employees will begin in the near future. The chairman of AvtoVAZ Maxim Sokolov spoke about this during the event.
“There was a question about downsizing. I want to assure everyone: on the contrary, we will need an additional recruitment of employees for our team.
And this call literally begins next month. These are not tens, not hundreds and not even a thousand people.
We will have to increase the scale of our team in order to carry out no less ambitious tasks,” the press service of the government of the Samara region told him.
In addition, the conference said that from August 15, the cars of Lada Granta and Lada Niva will be produced for five days, and from August 29 to November 27, the car assembly complex will operate six days a week.
Managers continue to look for new suppliers for the development of complete sets.
