There is no legal ground to credit the results of passing the theory test in 2015 and therefore Pass both theoretical and practical exams. To do this, you must contact an examination unit of the State Traffic Inspectorate (without reference to the place of registration at the place of residence or residence in the territory of the Russian Federation).
The document that you received at the end of a driving course at a driving school, confirming that you have completed the appropriate vocational training in the prescribed manner, does not expire and therefore becomes one of the reasons for admission to the exam for obtaining of the right to drive a category “C” vehicle. In addition, you must submit a medical report on the presence (absence) of any medical contraindications, medical indications or medical restrictions when driving, obtained from the driver’s medical board.
The above requirements follow from the provisions of Section 25 of the Federal “On Road Safety” Act and the Rules for Conducting Examinations for the Right to Drive and Issue Driving Licenses, approved by decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 24, 2014 No. 1097.
