According to the directorate, the driver found himself in such a situation when he decided to get into a car with a friend after drinking alcohol. The man hoped not to encounter law enforcement officers at night, but when he realized that he had made a mistake, he tried to ignore the traffic police’s stop signal.
The man reportedly crashed into a school while crossing an intersection during a traffic police chase and then tried to escape. After he was taken into custody, a breathalyzer test confirmed that he was drunk. The man did not have a driver’s license with him.
