“Niva Sport in the classic version will be produced by our Lada Sport team for all car enthusiasts in our country starting from December this year. We will receive a new sports car in line with our sports cars,” Sokolov said.
The President of AvtoVAZ also added that a new 1.8-liter engine will be installed on the Niva Legend and Travel vehicles starting from 2025.
Lada Niva Sport differs from the standard version of the SUV with its original front seats, reinforced 122 hp engine, front and rear disc brakes, reinforced rear axle and a body adapted to the new engine.
