In the third reading, the deputies of the State Duma passed a law on administrative responsibility for the release of waste from vehicles in places not intended for that purpose.
Administrative liability for non-compliance with environmental protection requirements, expressed in the discharge (unloading) of production and consumption waste from a vehicle outside the objects of accumulation and disposal of waste, other specially designated places, is laid down in the amount of:
- for citizens – from 10 thousand to 15 thousand rubles,
- for individual entrepreneurs (IP) – from 20 thousand to 30 thousand rubles,
- for legal entities – from 30 thousand to 50 thousand rubles,
- when solving a violation with an automatic camera – 10 thousand rubles for the owner of the vehicle.
Repeated violation within a year threatens with a fine:
- for citizens – from 20 thousand to 30 thousand rubles,
- for individual entrepreneurs – from 40 thousand to 60 thousand rubles, plus confiscation of the vehicle,
- for legal entities – from 60 thousand to 100 thousand rubles, plus confiscation of the vehicle,
- when detecting a violation by cameras – 20 thousand rubles for the owner of the vehicle.
If the removal of household waste to a location not intended for this purpose is carried out with trucks, trailers, tractors and other self-propelled vehicles, the fines are:
- for citizens – from 40 thousand to 50 thousand rubles,
- for individual entrepreneurs – from 60 thousand to 80 thousand rubles,
- for legal entities – from 100 thousand to 120 thousand rubles.
- when detecting a violation by cameras – 100 thousand rubles for the owner of the vehicle.
Representatives of executive authorities, including those responsible for forest control, have the right to issue fines.
