The first non-government department at the National Service – a department for buying and selling cars – should start operating in the very near future. Remember that users can enter into a purchase and sale agreement for a car with UKEP – an enhanced qualified electronic signature. We’ll have to see how it works this summer.

Only 5% of the respondents (161 persons) would rather continue to use the well-known services for buying and selling cars and not look for a new one – they do not see any sense in extra functionality with the Rijksdienst. Another 6% (126 people) do not trust the Government Service at all, which means they are not ready to use the new service. But 442 respondents would like to try it and then give some sort of rating, which is 17%.
A fairly large group – 23% of our Viber subscribers, 590 people – trusts the State Services unconditionally and is ready to start using the new “virtual car market”. However, the vast majority of those surveyed don’t want to think about selling or buying a car at all – there are 1,170 of them, or 47% of the total.
