A former law enforcement officer in the Krasnoyarsk Territory was sentenced to eight years in prison for hijacking a car and exceeding official authority. The defendant and his two assistants then kidnapped the usurper, took him to the forest, beat him, and then forced him to re-register a car worth more than two million rubles in the name of the police. The usurper was then released and later contacted the police. The operator and his accomplices were detained.
