Drivers’ frequent consumption of fast food in MakAvto drive-thru restaurants causes health deterioration. Nutritionist and therapist Antonina Savolyuk talked about this in a conversation with the socialbites.ca correspondent.

“The so-called “automatic eating” and fast food in general are very harmful to drivers, since people in this category are forced to be in a situation where they need quick reactions and concentration. There are many different additives in fast food, one of which is monosodium glutamate. This is the most common flavor enhancer after sugar and salt. It negatively affects the nervous system, disrupting the processes of excitation and inhibition in it. As a result, the driver’s reaction speed decreases and his concentration on the road deteriorates,” explained the doctor.

The nutritionist noted that the nervous system of people who constantly consume fast food and foods processed with these additives is greatly altered. The more a person consumes such foods, the more his nervous system suffers.

“Fast food is bad in every way. The only thing you can buy in such drive-thru cafes without harming your health is a bottle of mineral water,” Savolyuk summarized.

It was previously announced as of April 1 take it again In the Russian Federation, the driving license exam can be held within six months.
