AvtoVAZ considers the products of the Haval, Chery and Geely brands as competitors to Lada Vesta cars with CVT. In this respect reports “Rossiyskaya Gazeta”, referring to the presentation of the new version of Lada Vesta.
AvtoVAZ specifically calls the advantage of its car its price (1.94 million rubles) compared to Chery Tiggo 4 Pro (2.22 million rubles), Geely Coolray (2.29 million rubles) and Haval Jolion (2.3 million rubles).
AvtoVAZ noted that other advantages of Lada Vesta include increased ground clearance (203 mm), a large trunk with a volume of 480 liters and an extended service interval. For a domestic car, this is 15 thousand km, and for most competitors it is 10 thousand km.
AvtoVAZ is expected to produce more than 100 thousand units of Lada Vesta by the end of 2024, half of the production volume will consist of station wagons.
