In a car, when it pulls the chassis to the side, you need to urgently diagnose vibrations at speed, uneven tire wear and knocks in the suspension. In this respect reports “Rossiyskaya Gazeta”, citing Sergei Ponomarev, technical instructor of the FitService car service network.
“The car pulls to the side while driving: to the right or to the left. This may indicate a wheel misalignment, uneven tire pressure, any deformation of the body or a malfunction in one of the suspension parts,” explained Ponomarev.
In this case, the expert advised not to postpone the visit to the car service center. He added that urgent diagnosis is necessary if the vehicle vibrates while driving, which could indicate wear of the wheel bearings or damage to the wheel rims.
Ponomarev concluded that the car should also be checked at a service station, whether knocking and other extraneous sounds appear in its suspension when driving over potholes and bumps, as well as whether the tires wear unevenly.
