British company McLaren will launch the successor to the P1 supercar. In this respect reports motor1.com.

It is stated that the new hypercar has the internal code name P18. The car will be equipped with a hybrid power plant that includes a gasoline engine and an electric motor. Total output will be 1000 hp. Some of the model’s suspension components will be produced by 3D printing.

The vehicle, which will have an active rear spoiler and other aerodynamic features taken from Formula 1 vehicles, also includes gull-wing doors that open with the ceiling sections.

Production of the McLaren P1 is expected to start at the end of 2024.
