Russian President Vladimir Putin gifted a Russian-made car to North Korean leader Kim Jong-un. This was reported by Korean Central News Agency (KCNA).
The make and model of the car was not specified. According to the KCNA report, the gift to the North Korean leader was received on February 18 by his sister, Kim Yo Jong, deputy department head of the Workers’ Party of Korea (WPK) Central Committee, and the secretary. Park Chong Chon of the WPK Central Committee. According to Kim Yo Jong, the gift is “a clear demonstration of the special friendly relations established between the leaders of the two countries” and “the best gift”. He expressed his gratitude to the Russian President.
