British motoring magazine What Car? made Rating of the worst electric crossovers. The list of the most problematic includes the Audi Q8 e-tron, Jaguar I-Pace and Opel Mokka.

As part of the annual reliability study, 21,000 drivers were surveyed about the faults and problems recorded in their vehicles over the last two years, as well as the cost and duration of repairs. According to the survey results, it was possible to collect data on 178 models of 32 brands.

According to the research results, the least reliable crossover was the Opel Mokka Electric (Vauxhall in the UK market). In this case, 40% of the drivers complained about battery problems, 27% about media system problems, and 13% about engine, electricity and steering problems. The Jaguar I-Pace also had poor reliability; 42% of vehicle owners complained about vehicle-related problems. At the same time, 58% of faults took more than a week to resolve; 35% of them could not reach the service center without a tow truck.

The third model included in the anti-rating was the electric version of the Audi Q8 crossover. 40% of respondents complained about malfunctions. The main problem areas include non-driver related electrical equipment as well as the media system.
