“New Chinese models have been launched throughout the entire year 2022-2023. And it was not clear how they would serve them, how they would behave in the market. This year, I think, models that are already clear in the market will be in demand, and unpopular and poorly sold models will be abandoned,” Osetrov said.
According to him, no decrease in prices of Chinese cars is expected. Manufacturers are unlikely to agree to this, and the purchase price of cars for Russian car dealers does not differ much from their final price to the consumer.
