“Emelyanov MN, while driving, crashed into a parked vehicle and then left the scene of the accident,” the court decision states.
The actor was found guilty under Part 2 of Art. 12.27 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (Failure to fulfill duties related to a traffic accident). The penalty for this offense is deprivation of the right to drive for one year.
The circumstances of the accident involving the actor were not reported.
