A driver in Russia who blocks access to landfills faces a fine of 5 to 30 thousand rubles. In this respect reports portal “Environmental Operator of Russia” (REO). Such rules exist especially in the Moscow, Novgorod and Kaluga regions and the Primorsky Territory.

“Residents living in regions where such laws have been adopted face fines of up to 5 thousand rubles for parking next to garbage containers. The message states that the penalty for officials is up to 10 thousand rubles, and for legal entities – up to 30 thousand rubles.

It is stated that the schedule of garbage trucks is planned by the minute, the delay affects the entire working day, and then negatively affects the work of the registrar operator in general.

Before that, State Duma deputy Vitaly Milonov asked To reduce the distance at which it is forbidden to stop and park near public transport stops, said Mikhail Chernikov, Head of the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate of Russia. The MP explained the necessity of such a relaxation due to the numerous demands of citizens whose vehicles were evacuated from minibus stops due to non-compliance with the 15-meter distance. According to Milonov, a distance of 5 meters allows route vehicles to enter and exit a stop, while ordinary car drivers are difficult to calculate the required 15 meters by eye, especially at night and in bad weather conditions.
