“We received information from social media that one of the video hosting channels published a video recording of a group of people driving aggressively on the streets of Moscow, violating traffic rules. The statement stated that a criminal case was filed regarding this matter.
The press service of the Moscow Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs told TASS that the Moscow State Traffic Inspectorate is conducting an investigation into the publication of the video. Judging by the footage, the violators were driving around Moscow in a white Mercedes-Benz car.
