A taxi driver in Moscow defrauded a Chinese tourist of approximately 50 thousand rubles by inflating the fare. In this respect reports Telegram channel 112.

According to him, a Chinese citizen flew to Sheremetyevo Airport and agreed with a taxi driver on a trip to Rublevskoye Highway for 1.3 thousand rubles. On the way, the driver said that the fare per kilometer was 1.3 thousand rubles, the whole trip would cost 45 thousand rubles.

Then the taxi driver took the passenger’s phone and transferred 8.5 thousand rubles to him, forcing the Chinese to make several more transfers amounting to about 50 thousand rubles. After that, the driver dropped the passenger with his luggage on the Moscow Ring Road.

The victim, who reached his destination with another vehicle, informed the police. He accurately described the attacker’s car and remembered part of its license plate number. Police are looking for the suspect.
