Two similar cases of theft from cars occurred in Yekaterinburg late last week and early this week. According to e1.ru, the attackers robbed the fog lamps of two Kia Soul cars. The first incident took place on the night of June 7-8, the second on the night of June 12-13.
The cases really are like two peas in a pod: both cars are white and both have neat rectangular holes in their front bumpers instead of fog lights.

As the owner of the second damaged car told the source, the alarm did not work overnight and in the morning the engine started quietly with the key fob.
The same image is described by the first victim. There are actions of a criminal group that works very carefully. In both cases, the attackers left no traces. Car owners speculate that the stolen parts came under some sort of order: parts have risen in price and a wave of thefts aimed at obtaining a large number of certain car parts has begun.
