Lexus presented In the US, it’s an updated version of the UX crossover for the 2025 model year with a new hybrid power plant.
The hybrid drive includes a two-liter gasoline engine, a lightweight lithium-ion battery, two motor generators and a planetary gearbox through which torque is transmitted to the front wheels. The total power of the car is 296 hp. The traction battery located under the rear seat does not reduce the capacity of the interior and luggage compartment.
The updated Lexus UX 300h will also have an all-wheel drive version: the rear wheels of this UX are driven by an electric motor. The four-wheel drive crossover can reach 100 km/h in 7.9 seconds, while the front-wheel drive crossover can reach 100 km/h in exactly 8 seconds. Inside the car, the door panels and center console have a new coating. In the basic version, the front seats are already equipped with heating and ventilation.
