China continues to lead the world in automobile sales with a record figure of 2 million 935 thousand units in November. A total of 8 million 031 thousand passenger and light commercial vehicles were sold worldwide in the last month of autumn. 1 million 227 thousand cars were sold in the USA in November. 1 million 105 thousand cars were sold in Western European automobile markets. Automobile sales in Eastern European countries amounted to 359.1 thousand units. Dealers in South America sold 235.4 thousand cars.
Among the world’s largest automobile markets, it is useful to highlight Japan (408.1 thousand units), Korea (157.6 thousand units) and Canada (137.7 thousand units).
