According to the channel, Ruslan was walking towards his home along Stroitelnaya in Yurga when an SUV crashed into the store building. The eyewitness was astonished and said a few words to the passengers sitting in the vehicle about the accident, but they did not like it very much. They attacked Ruslan with fists and beat him.
It was noted that the Lexus car was registered to a former police colonel and was in the vehicle at the time of the accident. His son Kirill was driving, and the former police officer’s wife helped carry out the beatings.
Yurgali’s sister said that the police teams who came to the scene did not stop the fight, but only dragged the former colonel away. After the attack, Ruslan came home with a concussion and an open fracture in his arm. Relatives of the victim say that Kirill was released without protocol. Ruslan is in hospital and will give a statement to the police.
