South Korean company Genesis introduced the X Gran Berlinetta concept car. The car was created to participate in virtual races in the video game Gran Turismo 7. reported press service of the automobile company.
The concept car featured a cabin shifted back, an improved aerodynamic body kit and an LED panel framing the radiator grille made in the shape of the brand logo. The friction coefficient is 0.34. The cabin is equipped with a steering wheel, on which there is a display and switches for the operating modes of ABS and traction control systems.
The Hypercar is equipped with a hybrid power plant based on a V6 engine that produces 1071 hp. (986 Nm). The Genesis concept car will be added to Gran Turismo 7 in a free update in January 2024.
The Genesis Ferrari, BMW, Lamborghini, Porsche, McLaren, Bugatti and other manufacturers had previously participated in the program.
