As part of the “Russia” exhibition at VDNKh in Moscow, a working copy of the L-Type electric car developed by the Obukhov Plant, which is part of the Almaz-Antey defense concern, is shown. In this respect reports Drom.ru.
The car was presented as part of a special exhibition on November 24. According to the car description on the information plate next to the prototype, L-Type is positioned as a compact urban electric car for corporate fleets. It is designed to be used in short-distance transportation, working in closed areas and urban services during goods delivery.
The L-Type is available in a two-passenger version and a single-seat cargo version. The total length of the car is 2.5 m and its range on a single charge is 183 km. Additionally, traction battery modules can be quickly replaced to ensure trouble-free operation. Officially, the L-Type belongs to the heavy quadricycles of the L7 category.
