It was noted that a bus carrying 29 people, 22 of whom were children, broke down on the Kemerovo-Promyshlennaya highway near the village of Zarya on Wednesday. At the same time, the children were already freezing. Rescue teams went to the scene and transferred the children to other vehicles and took them to their destination.
It was noted that the cause of the bus’s failure was the freezing of the brake system. The local investigation committee is conducting an investigation.
