The Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade has abandoned the idea of redistributing part of the points from traditional processes (stamping, welding, painting and assembly) as part of preparations for changes in localization assessment in the automotive industry. According to the publication, such information is contained in the draft amendment dated November 2 to Decree No. 719 of 2015, which regulates the rules for localization of industrial products produced in Russia.

The maximum number of points is 7000. Now almost all factories in the Russian Federation have such contracts. The current scale includes points for welding the hull, painting and stamping hull parts from Russian metal. For all these you can get a maximum of 1500 points.
