A 55-year-old logistics manager in Tomsk discovered an explosive device under his Land Rover after another driver pointed out a foreign object. In this respect reports Telegram channel Baza.

A man driving a Land Rover was taking his child to kindergarten when the driver of another car started honking at him. He said he saw a blue foreign object under the floor of the SUV. The Land Rover driver stopped and called the police.

The found items were seized for examination by the riot police and the FSB. This turned out to be a homemade explosive made from part of a block of TNT and a fuse attached to the bottom of the car using magnets. The owner said that he always left his Land Rover near his home and that he did not have an enemy who could install an IED in his car.
