Eyewitnesses reported to the police that the car hit the gas pipe and damaged it. The accident occurred on the night of October 22.
“Traffic inspectors found that a resident of Omsk, born in 1989, while driving a Kia Rio, lost control in the area of u200bu200bhouse number 82/11 on the street.
