Traffic Management Center (TCOC) experts installed 83 photo-video recording systems for traffic violations at 78 addresses in Moscow, reported On the Telegram channel “Moscow Ministry of Transport”.
Cameras were seen on some parts of the streets and roads where more than three serious accidents occurred last year. Many of the new cameras record not only excessive speeds, but also drivers not allowing pedestrians to pass at crosswalks, disobeying traffic rules when crossing intersections, and other violations.
New cameras have been installed in all areas of Moscow. In particular, 16 of them appeared on the Moscow Ring Road, three on Varshavskoye Shosse, two on Yaroslavskoye, two on Profsoyuznaya Street, Letchika Babushkina Street and Lobachevsky Street.
