The incident took place on Samarkand Boulevard in the southeast of the capital. A 44-year-old woman driving a Mitsubishi car hit a woman with a baby stroller who was crossing the street at an irregular pedestrian crossing. After the collision, the woman stood up and the stroller fell on its side.
There was a girl in the stroller, two weeks after her birth. The child was taken to one of the capital’s hospitals. The victim’s condition was not stated.
