The cars that had the most “accidents” in Russia this year were the Lada, Kia and Hyundai models – according to a study by VSK Insurance House provided to socialbites.ca, the most frequent culprits of insurance accidents were their owners.
According to VSK research, “The leaders in the anti-rating of the most dangerous models were Lada Granta, Kia Rio and Hyundai Solaris, Lada Priora, Lada Kalina, Lada Vesta and Toyota Corolla.”
Among the most premium brands of the Russian Federation, owners of Volvo, Audi and BMW cars have the most frequent accidents.
According to insurance company statistics, men were responsible for accidents in 64% of cases. The most accident-prone category of drivers are Russians aged 30-39, accounting for 22.5% of all accidents.
VSK announced that the most accidents since the beginning of the year have been recorded in Moscow, Krasnodar Territory, Moscow Region, Novosibirsk Region and Rostov Region.
