The incident occurred in the Gvardeysky district. According to the channel, a drunken 42-year-old senior traffic police inspector was driving his off-duty Audi A8 past the village of Sokolniki when he stopped at the request of traffic cops. It turned out that his colleagues raided the police officers who were violating traffic rules at that time.
Seeing his own security guards, the inspector quickly got behind the wheel and hit the gas, knocking the traffic police officer down. The chase, which lasted approximately 1 hour, ended with the traffic police bursting the tire of the service vehicle. At one point, the man driving the Audi accelerated to 210 km/h.
It was learned that the attacker managed to escape and was wanted. It is decided to file a criminal case under the article “Using violence against an authorized person”; It was learned that the person may face a prison sentence of up to 5 years. The police officer he hit was not seriously injured.
