Krasnoyarsk traffic police announced that due to the increasing number of accidents involving drunk drivers, it was decided to carry out “full checks” not only on weekends but every night. Traffic inspectors in Dagestan said that the republic implemented the “Oncoming Lane” preventive measure until September 23.
Under “full checks”, traffic police stop all vehicles on a certain section of the road and assess the condition of each driver, paying particular attention to the presence of signs of intoxication.
