The parliamentarian emphasized that Russia is constantly improving the regulatory framework aimed at improving road safety, while also introducing technological innovations that actually reduce the number of road accidents.
“However, some unscrupulous vehicle owners still do not comply with traffic rules at all. The media often report that one or another of the culprits of the next high-profile accident persistently violates the rules of the road and has a pile of unpaid fines: dozens and hundreds of violations,” Krupnik emphasized.
