According to him, the increase in prices will affect both imported cars and Lada, Haval and Avtotor products assembled in Russia. Kadakov advised to buy cars in such conditions only in case of emergency, because for Russians it would be a “reckless step” to buy a car, while maintaining the same level of earnings.
