The management of the automobile plant in Kaluga, formerly owned by Volkswagen, has extended the downtime until November 30, 2023. In this respect informs union organization ASM Volkswagen Group Rus LLC on its page on the social network VKontakte.
The report states that “The downtime in production will be extended by 3 months (until 30 November 2023)”.
Also, the report states that the enterprise will host a job fair on August 31, which will be attended by representatives of the GAZ group of automakers, Haval, KamAZ and 15 Kaluga employers. Employees will be able to fill vacancies in these enterprises. At the same time, VMI and accident insurance programs will continue to operate.
