The Krasnoyarsk resident, who drove his car to the asphalt mountain left by the road workers, is preparing to file a lawsuit against the Yenisei Road Administration. In this respect informs Telegram channel Kras Mash.
A driver named Margarita was returning from Kazakhstan to Krasnoyarsk. On the 755th kilometer of the Siberian highway, due to the absence of signboards and signs, it crossed Lada Priora and crashed into the asphalt left by the road workers, leaving the road on the ground. There was severe mechanical damage to the car, and the driver himself suffered abrasions and bruises. The victim, with the help of a lawyer, applied to the road administration, demanding 370 thousand rubles and non-pecuniary damage (500 thousand rubles) for the repair of a broken car.
Road workers denied the claim, stating that asphalt was stored further than the roadside. The lack of signage in Yenisey Road Administration was explained by the fact that this section of the road is no longer repaired. The owner will sue.
A Nissan driver hit a pedestrian earlier in Primorye and passed by car on their feet.
