According to the Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Interior, the traffic cops patrolling the road noticed a truck, and when the driver of the truck saw the police, it suddenly stopped and started to back up. The man, showing signs of intoxication, refused to hand over the documents of the vehicle and the license to the inspectors and locked himself in the taxi. It turned out that the driver had previously driven drunk. The police decided to use physical force and special equipment in this context.
